Trail Name: Sprite
My soul purpose is to help others, women in particular. As a creative, I yearn to build a space to help you feel at peace, supported, and inspired to enjoy being the messy, beautiful creature you happen to be. Formerly a ballet artist and currently a dance educator, I decided it’s time (past time but I’m a Pisces so consider yourself lucky - my close friends have been begging for years) to distill the life lessons learned and hard earned by preserving them within the amber of the interwebs. I am full of whimsy, live a wandering lifestyle while enjoying creating deep connections and community, relishing wistful moments, frolicking through forests and across mountains, and dancing as much as possible.

With me you can expect honesty, reliability, and reciprocity from me within a judge-free package. That is precisely my approach when teaching students ballet whether they happen to be kids or adults. Over my 20 year career I’ve noticed how the comfort of providing such an atmosphere allows my students to improve at faster rates. They are only competing with their own capacity for growth after all.
Now I’m ready to use my teaching philosophies towards creating and building a space for women to gather and simply be themselves.
