With the pass closing for the season, Wolverine Whisperer and I returned to the top to hike a loop that simmered in the back of my mind all summer long. The one I began but didn’t quite have time to finish a mere two weeks before our attempt to beat the gate closure.

Another day of recouping the loss of adventure time in WA state with TAJ. This time I took myself on a date to Twin Lakes on top of Beartooth Pass. Lunch + reading with subalpine views = the reset I needed.
